Winter Edible Piedmont Now in Stands (featuring yours truly)

For those of you who have wondered what we’ve been up to over the last few months, check out the latest Edible Piedmont! The wonderful folks at the celebrated local-food-centric quarterly magazine asked us to keep a journal of our experience as young farmers and this is our second installment. We hope you enjoy it. It is a real honor to be featured in the same magazine with Cathy Jones and Mike Perry (Perrywinkle Farm), Jeremiah Jones (GrassRoots Pork Company) and so many other incredible people in North Carolina’s food and farming community.
